Johnson Garcia LLP Founding Partner Juan Garcia proudly serves as Chairman of the Go Tejano Committee (GTC) for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR), the largest livestock exhibition and rodeo in the world. 

Since 1932, the HLSR non-profit organization has given out $400 million in scholarships to Texas students while the Go Tejano Committee (GTC) in particular donates twenty $20,000 college scholarships annually. 

The GTC has represented the local Texan Hispanic community since the 1980s, boasts a membership of 300+ volunteers, and arranges record-breaking attendance mariachi concerts for the HLSR.
