Lilly Rodriguez

Lilly is a well-rounded attorney whose career began at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, where she served as a prosecutor immediately after graduating from Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Managing a docket of more than 700 active cases at a time, Lilly gained extensive courtroom experience, trying cases, arguing motions, and learning to navigate the courtroom with confidence and precision.

After leaving the District Attorney’s Office, Lilly transitioned into civil litigation at a large well-known insurance defense firm, focusing on defending the insurance companies. There, she handled an independent docket of over 70 cases at a time, sharpened litigation strategy, and expanded trial skills into the civil arena—experience that now provides a powerful advantage when representing injured clients. This broad background allows her to anticipate defense strategies, build compelling cases, and take matters all the way to trial when necessary.

Outside the courtroom, Lilly stays grounded in the values shaped by her Cuban heritage—resilience, community, and a deep appreciation for family. She rarely misses an opportunity to catch an Astros baseball game with her family and friends. She also enjoys exploring new cities and traveling to experience different cultures.
